You found me! I am so glad you are here.
You are probably wondering what to expect at your session, right? Sessions tend to go pretty fast. I try to shoot with purpose, not just a bunch of shots and hope things go well. Your session is far from rushed.
I will take as long as needed to make sure we get a nice variety of images for your gallery. You might not see every pose.
I try to include one of each pose, but sometimes it just doesn't work out.
Light may be off, the pose not be flattering, or focus may not be the greatest. No matter the reason, you can be confident that only the best images are in your gallery.
I do not do a ton of posing.
I like to let you naturally get into a pose and I only correct things from there.
I feel this leads your images to look more like you.
What more can I say..
I like for us to LAUGH a LOT. I will tease and joke with you. I want you to be as natural as possible. If your little one wants to run around, then we let them and I capture around them. Little ones will always direct how a session goes.
For weddings I try to stay in the shadows when I can. Your guest are there to see you and celebrate your day. I go with the flow of the day capturing details along the way. I will listen and help you with any questions you might have.
We will meet a minimum of 2 times before your wedding.
I want to get to know you and your personality. I want you
to get to know me. I want us both to
be comfortable and know we can work well with each other.

Gear
I have shot Nikon for several years now. I am currently shooting with a mirrorless body (Z6II) and love it. I always have a backup camera, multiple lenses and lots of batteries with me. No need to worry about a camera not working since I have a spare. I shoot to two cards to try and avoid any lost images from equipment failure also.
Gear is not something you need to worry about.
I make sure that your day is covered.
